Ouran Special Spoiler

Here are my three favorite pages from the January 2011 Ouran special chapter.  The rest of the one-shot is mostly the story of "special guest star"  poor little rich girl Nanako sandwiched in a Barcelona travel brochure.  So, no, it's not really about Kyouya either.  It's more like a normal random chapter of Ouran in which the Host Club helps some person in distress.  Anyhow, please enjoy this preview.  We'll try to get the rest of the one-shot completed before the end of the month.

Ouran 83 Spoiler

All right everyone!  This should be all the spoiler you need :)

It will most likely be ready in less than a week because I managed to get a nice clean scan. If you can't wait until then, I'm sure there will be a "fast" version to read earlier :). Regardless, I will be taking my time to give this last chapter a very polished look and to do my best with the translation.　　So, please have patience with me. I promise you will be very pleased with the ending :).

Ouran Chp 82 Spoiler #2: Baka-Tamaki

I know some of you are suffering out there, so here's a little Baka-Tamaki to ease your pain.

The image editing in this chapter is more intensive than usual, so it's going to take a little longer than I anticipated.

Ouran Chp 81 Teaser #2 -- Baka Tamaki

Here's another teaser from Ouran chp 81.  This is from the first of many scenes where Tamaki is acting like an idiot.  He acts like an idiot through most of this chapter.  Personally, I think he's far better when he gets his head screwed on right.  Anyhow, don't look if you don't want any of the chapter to be spoiled.

Ouran 80 Stuff (Spoilers)

I've got the raw, but I haven't really done much with it yet.  In a nutshell this is what happens:

• The Host Club with the help of other Ouran students all help get Tamaki to the airport just in time to see his mother off
• Haruhi and Tamaki go running through the airport hand-in-hand
• As Tamaki and Haruhi watch Anne-Sophie's plane take-off, Haruhi ... Tamaki ;p

Now for some bad news: chapter 81 will not be released until the end of July, so we have a three month wait before we see what becomes of Haruhi's ...At the end of the chapter there's a notification that beginning with Lala issue 9 the story will be rushing towards conclusion and that there will be an important announcement in Lala 8 about the planning of the story's climax.  I don't know whether this is notification that the Ouran series is ending or whether this is notification about the end of the current story arc.  So, in light of this, I'm going to take a wait and see stance and see what the announcement in June says and then wait to to see whether the story continues when chapter 81 is released.

In light of the Ouran news, I have updated the group's release schedule.  Less Ouran = more Orange Chocolate!!!

Ouran Chp 79 Spolier

Update:  I finished translating the chapter and it actually more like the Ouran we all know and love again!!!  Yay!!!  And with the developments in this chapter my faith is restored and I'm very much looking forward to chapter 80.  It will take me 2 - 3 to edit the chapter and then the proofreaders will need a day, so my current release ETA is Tuesday, March 30th.

I think another scanlation of Ouran should be out very soon -- most likely before I can finish.  I will still do a translation of Ouran 79, regardless, because I like to translate Ouran for myself.  Until a translation is ready, please enjoy this spoiler.  Note:  I made the images intentionally small so they would be of no use to anyone who can read Japanese.  My hope is that if you can read Japanese, then you should go out and buy Lala magazine and support Bisco Hatori.

It will take me about a week to get my translation done :).  For those of you interested in La Corda d'Oro, that story is finally moving and if there is not a quality scanlation done of the latest chapter and the past 2 soon, I may squeeze it in because I'm curious myself.  I can't promise anything though ...

Kitchen Princess Volume 5

Najika is in a cooking contest and she's upset because Daichi kissed her. Daichi decides to be an ass and says it was meaningless. Meanwhile it turns out the boys' father is using Najika to promote his new cooking school and Sora was in on it. Najika is upset by this and Sora redeems himself and then *BIG SPOILER don't look! Gets hit by a truck. * End of volume.

This series is so cute and with the turn of events, I wonder what will happen next.
