"The Ghost Apartment Manager" Chapter 11

 

Series News! "The Ghost Apartment Manager" is ending in April at 29 chapters (6 volumes) So... I guess we will be accelerating the series. The second to last chapter is a tear jerker T_T.

Finally! Another chapter of "The Ghost Apartment Manager"! And like the broken record that I am with this series, I'm sorry for the long wait. It'll become easier to regularly release chapters of this series after we finish some of our other series. This series is still ongoing, so we won't be accelerating it.

This chapter wraps up the Crook arc (maybe...??? Yes, yes, I'm not being fair again) and begins Tatsumi's arc. I really like Crook and I wish the story could have spent more time explaining his rise and how and why he fell so low that he ended up killing himself. Is he just naturally moody, or were there more factors.  But... I suppose that would be a whole other manga series.

Tatsumi... usually hyper people like him and their hyper dogs annoying the crap out of me. I hope there's more to Tatsumi than hyper. I guess we'll find out.  Also this chapter starts to introduce a new character that we'll find out more about in chapter 12.  Actually, chapter 12 starts a big expansion in the story, so get ready for some changes and new intrigue. I will try my best to get chapter 12 out in April.  Haha!

I've been sitting on this chapter for about 6 months. It was cleaned, but I never got around to translating and lettering it.  That was incredibly silly of me considering that it only took a day and half to finish the chapter. DOH! Anyhow, here's chapter 10, and chapter 11 is presently under way and will be released in December.

This chapter ends the second volume of the series and winds down Crook's main arc.  Chapter 11 will begin Tatsumi's story.  I never thought of Crook having pink hair as shown in the frontis page spread. I assumed it was black with a white streak. I don't want to say too much about this chapter because I'll only spoil it.  But I do wonder what Leo is up to and all the talk of suicide makes me wonder if my suspicion that Leo killed himself is true. Anyhow, I'm eager to resume the series.  It's currently in the mid-20s chapter wise and things have gotten interesting with Leo.  I think, though, that things are coming to an end and maybe this series will end with 6 volumes. I would really hate to see this story killed off because it ran too long.

The Ghost Apartment Manager Chapter 9

It's been about 6 months since we released the last chapter of this series.  I think it just got lost in the shuffle.  This is actually one of the easier series to translate and clean, so there really is no excuse other than it slipped through the cracks. We should have chapter 10 ready in July soon after our month long anniversary celebration :).

In this chapter we begin to explore Crook's past.  He's as emo as he looks and it's pretty sad.  I don't want to say too much about this chapter because it's a good read.

Yep! We do have two releases today!  I hope you all will take the time to read both "Yukarism" and "The Ghost Apartment Manager".  "The Ghost Apartment Manager" isn't typical shoujo, but I hope if you've never read the series you will give it try, because it is a series with lots of heart and humor.  Here's a link to the first chapter. 

Chapter 4 involves dealing with the death of a pet.  It may cause a few of you to sniffle.  Personally, I always get a little misty whenever I see guys of any age cry.  Anyhow, like the previous chapters of GAM, Sekka is a downer while the ghosts around him are rambunctious and funny.
